REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS A competitor is considered officially registered only after the payment has been received in the organizer’s account. • The date of payment receipt is decisive. • Payment updates are processed ONLY at the beginning of the following month. • The organizer reserves the right to cancel any registration that is not accompanied by payment within 5 working days of submitting the registration form. ⚠️ Such registration will be considered INVALID! • Transfer of the entry fee to another competitor is NOT possible. • The race briefing is mandatory. • In the event of race cancellation due to force majeure, the organizer undertakes to refund the entry fee reduced by an administrative fee of CZK 500 (for competitors with a ČTA license) or CZK 600 (for competitors without a ČTA license). • Each competitor declares that they are aware of the demanding nature of the event and that they are medically fit to participate. • By registering and paying the entry fee, you acknowledge and agree to the above-mentioned conditions. ⸻ CANCELLATION FEES / INSURANCE For this year’s edition, each competitor in both the individual and relay races will be insured through Kooperativa Insurance Company. The insurance includes accident insurance, luggage insurance, liability insurance, and most importantly, cancellation insurance. This means that if you are unable to start the race for serious reasons, the insurance company will refund your entry fee. However, the insurance does not cover reasons such as bad weather or insufficient training 🙂. Payments without proper identification cannot be matched. Payments are updated ONLY at the beginning of the following month. ⚠️ The entry fee for the MORAVIAMAN TRIATHLON is registered under the name provided in the application form. Transfers of the entry fee to another person are NOT possible. If your payment has not been confirmed under your name, please bring proof of payment to the registration desk. After the registration deadline, do not send payments to the account — payments can only be made in cash at the race registration. ⸻ COMPETITOR’S DECLARATION By registering for the MORAVIAMAN TRIATHLON 50, MORAVIAMAN TRIATHLON 226, or RELAY, held on June 20, 2026, the competitor declares that they are participating at their own risk and responsibility. The competitor acknowledges that the organizer assumes no liability for any injury or property damage that may occur in connection with their participation in the race and waives any claims for compensation against the organizer. The race takes place under partially restricted traffic conditions, and competitors are therefore required to observe all traffic regulations. Furthermore, the competitor declares that they are aware of the physical and mental demands of the event, are medically fit, and have, in their own interest, undergone a medical examination confirming their ability to complete the race. ⸻ Thank you.
